ATC S.p.A. is a public capital joint-stock company and it is the holder of the local public transport lines of the whole basin of the Province of La Spezia.
In the holding company converge other companies which manage directly the local public transport within the "L" basin of the Liguria Region, the parking areas you have to pay to use of La Spezia and its province, as well as other smaller service companies.
